Shipping & Returns
We use USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail to ship most packages. Large packages ship via Fedex or UPS. All packages are shipped with tracking information. If you need a faster service, please contact us.
We want you to love your Windflower Market items as much as we love making them. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know immediately. Please return the item in its original new condition and wrapped in the way that we sent it do avoid damage within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price less shipping. We do suggest that you purchase insurance and tracking to protect you in the event of damage or loss during return shipping. Custom orders are nonrefundable as we are not able to resell these items.
We work hard to make sure that your purchase is well packed and protected during shipping. However, if the item arrives and has been damaged during shipping, please take pictures of the packaging and the damage to the item, so we may begin the insurance process immediately. Please keep the packing materials as carriers will sometimes require their driver to pick these up in order to process the claim. We will arrange for return delivery and delivery of a replacement.
