After cutting the signs from composite fiberboard, the signs are sanded and painted. After applying the vinyl applique lettering, three coats of sealer are applied. Although the ribbon or cord hanger is attached to the rim, you can adjust the length by moving the knot. The hanger cannot be changed after it is attached.
